Sydney has a very multicultural vibe; and the Italians are throwing a big party! Sydney Italian Festival 19 May-8 June displays the best of what Italy has to offer. The event includes Food and Wine, Art and Culture, Fashion and Design. Norton Street, Leichhardt (little Italy) will be alive with Italian festivites and is a great place to enjoy traditional Italian food.

Primo Italiano - Sunday 24 May 11am - 5pm

Transforming Stanley Street into a buzzing Italian piazza, you will be witness to an Italian wedding, wedding party, Italian music and plenty of dancing. Delicious food stalls and cafes will allow you to try traditional Italian food to get into the spirit of the day. Bands and entertainment will also be included in the celebrations. Stanley, Riley and Yurong Streets are located only a short walk from the Jolly Swagman Backpackers!
