The Sydney Winter Festival!

I've always dreamed of going Ice Skating in the middle of the city like you see in the movies, and when I was in New York I didnt get this chance.. So now I'm really happy to see that Sydney is having an open air Ice Rink, the first time in 50 years!!

St Mary's Cathedral Forecourt, College Street (only a short walk from Jolly Swagman)

Opening Times:

Thursday 18th June 5pm-10pm

Friday 19th June 12pm-10pm

Saturday 20th June 10am-10pm

Sunday 21st June 10am-8pm

There will also be music and a big screen displaying winter films and snowboarding/skiing action.

From the 18th June - 21st June Cook + Phillip Park will come alive with food stalls, music and a petting zoo (I hope the animals have their mittens and scarfs!)
